To adequately design a web site that fits your needs, we will do the following:

• Hold a consultation meeting with you to determine your exact web site needs.
• After the meeting, we will provide you with an estimate of cost. If you accept our estimate, we require a 50% down-payment.
• We will design your site and place it temporarily on the Internet on one of our "test" locations so that you can view your site as it is constructed from any point in the world. No one else will know the address of this test site.
• So that potential customers can easily find you on the Internet, we make sure that your pages contain all the necessary "KEY WORDS" needed to find your site when people search for your product.
• For ease of contact, we will place on each page of your web site the following footer (as a minimum):

  • Company Name,
  • Company Address,
  • Company Email & Phone, and
  • Date of last update.
• Should your company need "e-commerce" design, we are in partnership with Gracesoft of Houston, Texas. Gracesoft has had years of experience in designing e-commerce and database connections for the Internet.
• Once your site is completed, we will do one of the following:

  • Load your site onto the Internet -- if you already have an Internet Service Provider (ISP), we will be happy to upload your site to your current provider.
  • Mail to you on a disk, your web site so that you can load it onto the server of your choice.
• Should you be interested, we will assist you in obtaining a "Domain Name" for your business on the Internet.
• Once we have completed your web site design, an invoice will sent to you detailing our charges.
